Common use of Consummation of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Consummation of Agreement. Subject to the provisions of Section 10.2 of this Agreement, Buyer shall use its reasonable efforts to fulfill and perform all conditions and obligations on its part to be fulfilled and performed under this Agreement and to cause the transactions contemplated by this Agreement to be fully carried out.
