Common use of Consummation of Operative Documents; Brokers Clause in Contracts

Consummation of Operative Documents; Brokers. Except for fees payable to Administrative Agent and/or Lenders, no broker, finder or other intermediary has brought about the obtaining, making or closing of the transactions contemplated by the Operative Documents, and no Credit Party has or will have any obligation to any Person in respect of any finder’s or brokerage fees, commissions or other expenses in connection herewith or therewith. Except for fees payable to Administrative Agent and/or Lenders, no broker, finder or other intermediary has brought about the obtaining, making or closing of the transactions contemplated by the Financing Documents, and no Credit Party has or will have any obligation to any Person in respect of any finder’s or brokerage fee in connection herewith or therewith.
