Common use of Consummation of Plan Clause in Contracts

Consummation of Plan. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, no provision or Section of this Indenture shall prevent, restrict or otherwise hinder the Issuers from consummating the Plan and the transactions contemplated thereby.
