Consummation of Repurchase. If City exercises its right to repurchase all or any portion of the Project Property in accordance with Section 7.3, Habitat shall execute and deliver to City a special warranty deed reconveying title to such reacquired portion of the Project Property. City shall take title subject to any mortgage or deed of trust recorded against the Project Property.
