Common use of Consummation of Transactions and Obtaining Approvals Clause in Contracts

Consummation of Transactions and Obtaining Approvals. Each Party shall coordinate and cooperate with the other Parties in providing such information and supplying such assistance as may be reasonably requested by such other Party in connection with the consummation of the Document Closing Actions. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing or any other provision of this Participation Agreement regarding approvals, each Party shall use its Commercially Reasonable Efforts to obtain all authorizations, consents, orders, and approvals of, and to give all notices to and make all filings with, all Governmental Authorities (including those pertaining to the Governmental Approvals) and third parties that may be or become necessary for its performance of its obligations under this Participation Agreement and shall cooperate fully with the other Parties in promptly seeking to obtain all such authorizations, consents, orders, and approvals, giving such notices, and making such filings.
