Consumption Reports Sample Clauses

Consumption Reports. Curia shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to provide Consumption Reports (defined below) to Indivior within forty-five (45) days of the Processing Date of the applicable Batch. Consumption Reports shall detail the Inventory consumption quantities allocated to the Purchase Orders still being Processed, or pending Quality Assurance approval, net of any items returned to stock ption . Curia shall include the following information in each Consumption Report to ensure records are maintained with integrity: Material Description Curia Lot Number Indivior Batch Number Quantity issued (net of returns) For those Products already Processed, released, and in the process of being shipped, or have already shipped, Curia will provide to Indivior the relevant Consumption Reports.

Consumption Reports. The “GigaVUE-FM Fabric Manager” (“Fabric Manager”) console is enabled by default to automatically transmit to Gigamon audit reports of Customer Consumption Data to allow Gigamon to determine Customer’s compliance with applicable consumption limits. Should Customer disable automated reporting of Consumption Data, Customer agrees to generate a monthly report via Fabric Manager that discloses the quantity of Consumption Data ingested by the applicable Products (the “Consumption Report”). Consumption Reports will be emailed to Gigamon at vbl- ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ at the end of each month. The Consumption Reports will also include the Customer’s name, the period covered by the report, and the Consumption Data ingested by the applicable Products for each day in such period. Customer will maintain, during the term of the Agreement and for at least one (1) year following termination, complete and accurate records to verify that actual usage amounts complied with the permitted use under the Agreement.
