Contact by the Teamsters. A Teamsters xxxxxxx or business agent shall be entitled to contact all newly-hired employees for the purpose of providing the new employee with information about the Teamsters. These activities shall be conducted on the Teamsters xxxxxxx'x and the newly-hired employee's own time and shall not interfere with the conducting of County business.
