Contact Customers. 5.3.1. The Implementer shall adhere to the additional requirements for tracking Projects in SPECTRUM as outlined in the Operational Procedures Guide.
5.3.2. If Projects that have been entered into SPECTRUM have been either canceled or put on hold, but have not become active, Implementer shall, at a minimum, contact Customers at least once per quarter to identify Projects that will not be completed.
5.3.3. If Implementer has communicated with a Customer and that Customer has indicated that the Project will not move forward with implementation, then Implementer shall cancel the Project in SPECTRUM.
