Contact with Customers and Vendors. The Buyer and its Affiliates shall not, prior to the Closing Date, contact any customer, vendor, supplier or employee of, or any other Person having business dealings with, the Seller with respect to the Business or with respect to any aspect of the transactions contemplated under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Seller.
