CONTACT WITH END USERS. 71.1.1. Each Party at all times shall be the primary contact and account control for all interactions with its end users, except as specified by that Party. Subscribers include active end users as well as those for whom service orders are pending. 71.1.2. Each Party shall ensure that any of its personnel who may receive end user inquiries, or otherwise have opportunity for end user contact from the other Party’s end user regarding the other Party’s services: (i) provide appropriate referrals to subscribers who inquire about the other Party’s services or products; (ii) do not in any way disparage or discriminate against the other Party, or its products or services; and (iii) do not provide information about its products or services during that same inquiry or end user contact. 71.1.3. Embarq shall not use CLEC’s request for end user information, order submission, or any other aspect of CLEC’s processes or services to aid Embarq’s marketing or sales efforts.
