Contacting the Examination Board. 1. Every degree programme has an Examination Board. The Examination Board determines, in an objective and expert manner, whether or not the student meets the requirements of the Teaching and Examination Regulations and the exit qualifications for the degree programme. 2. Amongst others, students may contact the Examination Board with regard to the following requests: a. to be exempted from one or more interim examinations and/or partial examinations (see Section 3.11); b. to take an additional interim examination or partial examination (see Section 3.3); c. to extend the period of validity of an interim examination or partial examination that they have passed (see Section 3.12); d. to approve their choice of minor (see Section 2.8); e. for special arrangements to be made with regard to tests on account of a disability or chronic illness (see Section 3.13); f. for a revised examination timetable if the student is involved in top-level sports or entrepreneurship (see Section 3.4).
