Contactless Payment. Digital payment is in trends and offers convenience to pay from your mobile while keeping a safe distance from your surroundings. This enriches the customer experience and helps to avoid any infection or virus. This offer options to pay securely from your debit card, credit card, net banking or payment wallets. OTP enabled payment gateway adds an additional layer of security to all the transactions. The App is only a conduit through which the Users facilitate contactless processes as mentioned above. ScantoDine is not directly involved in the transaction between buyers and Merchants. All the information and products listed on the App are provided in the 'as is, where is' format. As a result, ScantoDine has no control over the quality, safety, morality or legality of any aspect of the items listed, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of Merchants to sell items or the ability of buyers to pay for items. ScantoDine does not pre-screen the Users or the content or information provided by such Users. ScantoDine cannot ensure that a buyer or Merchant will actually complete a transaction. ScantoDine is not responsible for unsatisfactory or delayed performance of services or damages or delays as a result of items, which are out of stock, back ordered or otherwise unavailable. All items, offered by the Merchants are only for a restricted time and only for the available supply as offered by Merchants. Consequently, ScantoDine does not transfer legal ownership of items from the Merchant to the buyer. ScantoDine does not make any representation or warranty as to the attributes (such as quality, worth, marketability, etc.) of the items or services proposed to be sold or offered on the App. In particular, ScantoDine does not implicitly or explicitly support or endorse the sale or purchase of any items or services on the App. ScantoDine accepts no liability for any errors or omissions, whether on behalf of itself or third parties. Contactless Payment. 62.1 From the Start Date, the Franchisee shall introduce a contactless payment card ("NXET EMV") which will be accepted at all Stations in the London travel card area throughout the Franchise Term. The NXET EMV shall be technically similar to CPAY.
62.2 By 30 June 2017, the Franchisee shall ensure that the NXET EMV is accepted at all Stations on the Route, subject to TfL signing the CPAY agreement.
Contactless Payment. Cards issued by AEBC are equipped to enable Contactless payments. Payment through the Contactless mode is allowed for a maximum of ₹5,000* for a single transaction without entering a PIN. Any transaction for an amount more than ₹5,000* should be authenticated using a PIN, either by Tap + PIN or Chip + PIN. However, it is not a mandated requirement to use the contactless mode for payments. If preferred, customers have the option to make all Card present payments as contact transactions using Chip + PIN, irrespective of the transaction value. Contactless Payment. This Agreement applies to contactless transactions. To perform a contactless payment, you will be required to wave or tap your EMV enabled card over a merchant’s contactless enabled EMV compliant POS terminal. A maximum dollar amount or limit will be established by the Bank and/or participating merchants from time to time for any single or cumulative contactless transaction(s). Transaction Fees The Bank may charge fees in respect of each transaction approved, declined, or enquiries made at the Bank’s ABM, or at the ABM of any other participating financial institution on any applicable networks within or outside Jamaica, or at-Points-of-Sale and/or e-Commerce where merchants are authorized to accept the Card. Keep Your PIN Confidential The use of the Card will be protected by the issuance of a Card exclusive to you and a unique PIN which is selected by you which will enable the safe transfer of funds and the making of payments from accounts linked to your Card. You must memorize your PIN in order to prevent or minimize the possible misuse of the Card. Your PIN is solely for your use and is equivalent to your signature. Therefore, you agree to keep your PIN absolutely confidential and not to divulge to anyone (including close friends, family members or any bank, public officials or merchants). Effective Date of Deposits All deposits made, or payments or other transactions conducted via an ABM in Jamaica shall be effected within 24 hours after the time at which the said deposit, payment or other transaction was made or requested, subject to any applicable periods for the clearing of instruments being deposited to a Designated Prepaid Account.
