CONTACTLESS TRANSACTION. 6.1 The Cardholder acknowledges that certain VISA/MASTERCARD CARD issued by the Bank will incorporate a feature known as VISA payWave or MasterCard PayPass which enables the VISA/MASTERCARD CARD to be utilised to perform Contactless Transactions at any POS Terminal displaying the VISA payWave logo. 6.2 Each Contactless Transaction is capped at RM250 or such other amount which the Bank may specify from time to time. In the case where the Contactless Transactions have exceeded the threshold of RM250 for each Contactless Transaction, the Cardholder is required to sign on a transaction Sales Draft generated from the POS Terminal or by entering a PIN on the POS Terminal; 6.3 If the Contactless Transaction exceeded the Cumulative Contactless Limit, the Cardholder can still make payment by inserting the VISA/MASTERCARD CARD into the POS Terminal and entering a PIN or signing on a transaction Sales Draft. Once the PIN is confirmed or signature is being verified, a transaction Sales Draft will be issued upon authorisation; 6.4 The Contactless Transactions are subject to the available Credit Limit.
