Contacts   and   Committees. 5.1 Unless otherwise specified herein, each of the Parties will designate a primary point of contact for the purposes of assisting the OCOG in the development and implementation of the Business Plan and the Operating Budget and Capital Budget, and to act as the primary point of contact for the OCOG with respect to the identification, definition, consul- tation and decisions related to the contributions described in sections 17, 18, 20 and 21 of this Agreement. 5.2 Each of the Parties and the Local First Nations will be entitled, upon their request, to appoint at least one repre- sentative to any advisory committees or work groups established by the OCOG.
