Contacts by Buyer. Buyer will not without the prior consent of Sellers, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, contact any employee, customer or supplier of Sellers with respect to this Agreement, the transactions contemplated hereby or the Acquired Assets; provided, Buyer may contact unions representing those employees who, upon the Closing, will be Transferred Employees in accordance with Section 8.1.1.
