At any time reasonably requested by Buyer following the Effective Date and prior to Closing, Buyer may contact and interview the property manager/leasing agent(s), provided Buyer shall give Seller written notice not less than twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the time on a Business Day Buyer desires to conduct such interview, and Seller or its representative may be present during such interview.
