CONTAINER COSTS. 11.01. Parallax's container deduction shall be a sum equal to: one dollar ($1.00) for singles, one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) for LPs and cassettes, two dollars ($2.00) for double LP sets and compact discs, three dollars ($3.00) for double cassettes, and four dollars ($4.00) for other formats, including double compact disks, and all video formats.
