Common use of Container Royalty Central Collection Fund Clause in Contracts

Container Royalty Central Collection Fund. (a) During the term of this Master Contract, USMX and the XXX shall create and maintain a Container Royalty Central Collection Fund (CCF) to collect and distribute all container royalties payable pursuant to this Master Contract.
