I acknowledge and agree that this agreement is an independent document and supersedes any and all other agreements, either oral or in writing, between myself and 45 DAY EXPERIMENT ORGANIZATION, except for any separately signed Confidentiality, Trade Secret, Non-Compete or Non-Disclosure agreements (“Other Agreement”). To the extent that the terms of such Other Agreement(s) conflict with the terms of this agreement, the terms of the Other Agreement shall apply and shall not be modified by this agreement.
