Contamination, Claim And Incident Reporting. 1.6.1 The Professional shall immediately notify the Owner both orally and in writing of the presence and location of any environmental contamination of the Site of which it becomes aware or reasonably should become aware, including but not limited to asbestos, Hazardous Substances and petroleum releases.
