There has not been in the past, nor are there currently, any releases, spills, discharges or other form of contamination on the Property the aggregate cost of which to remediate exceeded or will exceed $100,000.00, nor is there any accumulation, storage or disposal as defined in RCRA (or any other Environmental Law, of Hazardous Materials on, under or about the Property which violates any Environmental Law. No portion of the Property appears either on the National Priorities List (as defined under CERCLA) or on any state listing which identifies sites for remedial clean-up or investigatory actions. There are no environmental liens on the Property or any portion thereof.
