Content of the PAL. The DOT shall issue a PAL to the Municipality which will set forth, at least: (a) the funding source, the related federal and DOT program information, and the associated funding ratio between the federal government, the DOT, and the Municipality, as applicable, for the Construction Project; (b) the estimated cost for all work under the Construction Project; (c) the amount of the Demand Deposit(s) due to the DOT from the Municipality for the Municipality’s proportionate share of applicable costs for work under the Construction Project; and (d) the Project Amount.
