Common use of Content Rightsholder Clause in Contracts

Content Rightsholder. You acknowledge and agree that Content Rightsholder and its Affiliates are third party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and that Your acceptance of this Agreement constitutes Your acceptance that Content Rightsholder and its subsidiaries will have the right to enforce the terms of this Agreement against You as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

Content Rightsholder. You acknowledge and agree that Content Rightsholder and its Affiliates are third party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and that Your your acceptance of this Agreement constitutes Your your acceptance that Content Rightsholder and its subsidiaries will have the right to enforce the terms of this Agreement against You you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

You acknowledge and agree that Content Rightsholder and its Affiliates are third party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and that Your acceptance of this Agreement constitutes Your acceptance that Content Rightsholder and its subsidiaries will have the right to enforce the terms of this Agreement against You as a third-party beneficiary thereof. Survival: This Section 3 shall survive termination of this Agreement.
