Contested, Allowed, Compromised, and Withdrawn Claims Sample Clauses

Contested, Allowed, Compromised, and Withdrawn Claims. A claim once made shall be considered contested until allowed by Infineon by notice, or withdrawn by Purchaser or TriQuint by notice. A claim that is compromised between the parties shall be documented as compromised in writing, and shall be considered allowed in the compromised amount, and withdrawn as to the balance. A claim that is resolved through arbitration shall be considered allowed, withdrawn, or compromised in accordance with the outcome of the arbitral decision.
