Contested Death Benefit Claims. Anchor hereby grants to --------------------------------- ANLIC (Hawaii) the same rights the reinsurer has under the CG YRT Retrocession Agreement (including Articles VII and X thereunder) or any Successor YRT Retrocession Agreement with respect to ANLIC (Hawaii) with respect to contested Death Benefit Claims. Such rights may be delegated by ANLIC (Hawaii) to such reinsurer.
