CONTINENTAL'S GENERAL OBLIGATIONS AS PLAN SPONSOR. Except as otherwise provided in the governing documents for each Continental Plan, Continental shall retain the responsibility to administer, or cause to be administered, in accordance with their terms and applicable law, the Continental Plans, and at all times Continental shall have the sole discretion and authority to interpret the Continental Plans as set forth therein.
