Contingency fees and charges. i. In the case of fees and charges that may be payable for work arising from unforseen contingencies, the basis on which those fees and charges are to be calculated are set out in Council’s current schedule of fees and charges. ii. In respect of any unforseen contingency work provided for under this Agreement, the Council is to send an invoice to the Client within 21 days after the completion of any such work. Part I.
