Contingency of Funds. SUBRECIPIENT acknowledges that funding or portions of funding for this CONTRACT may be contingent upon the receipt of funds from, and/or appropriation of funds by, the State of California to COUNTY. If such funding and/or appropriations are not forthcoming, or are otherwise limited, COUNTY may terminate upon ten (10) days written notice or modify this CONTRACT without penalty.
