Common use of CONTINGENCY SERVICES Clause in Contracts

CONTINGENCY SERVICES. ‌ When authorized in writing by the COUNTY’S Director of the Airport or designee, the CONSULTANT shall furnish services resulting from unforeseen circumstances not anticipated under Basic Services due to minor changes in the PROJECT scope. Compensation for any Contingency Services assignments shall be negotiated between the COUNTY and the CONSULTANT at the time the need for services becomes known.
