Common use of Contingent Liability Clause in Contracts

Contingent Liability. The Seller shall not be liable for any Claim based upon a liability which is contingent unless and until such contingent liability becomes an actual liability.

Contingent Liability. The Seller shall not be liable to make payment for any Claim based upon a liability which is contingent at the time it is notified to the Seller unless and until such contingent liability becomes an actual liabilityliability and is due and payable.

Contingent Liability. The Seller shall not be liable for any Warranty Claim based upon a liability which is contingent unless and until such contingent liability becomes an actual liabilityliability and is due and payable which has been taken into account when calculating the Consideration.
