Common use of CONTINGENT UPON APPROPRIATION OR ALLOTMENT OF FUNDS Clause in Contracts

CONTINGENT UPON APPROPRIATION OR ALLOTMENT OF FUNDS. 10 25. The expenditure or advance of any money or the performance of any obligation of 11 the United States under this Settlement Contract shall be contingent upon appropriation or 12 allotment of funds. Absence of appropriation or allotment of funds shall not relieve the 13 Contractor from any obligations under this Settlement Contract.
