Common use of Continuance of facilities Clause in Contracts

Continuance of facilities. Full and accurate details of all overdrafts, loans or other financial facilities outstanding or available to the Company are given in the Disclosure Letter and true and correct copies of all documents relating thereto are annexed to the Disclosure Letter and neither the Vendors nor the Company has done anything whereby the continuance of any such facilities in full force and effect might be affected or prejudiced.
