Common use of Continuance of indemnities Clause in Contracts

Continuance of indemnities. The respective indemnities of the Issuer and each Agent set out in Clauses 13.5 (Indemnity in favour of the Agents) and 13.6 (Indemnity in favour of the Issuer) shall constitute obligations of such entity separate and independent from that entity's obligations under the other provisions of this Agreement and shall remain in full force and effect notwithstanding the termination of this Agreement for any reason.
