Common use of Continuance of Principal Agreement and the Security Documents Clause in Contracts

Continuance of Principal Agreement and the Security Documents. Save for the alterations to the Principal Agreement, and the Security Documents made or to be made pursuant to this Supplemental Agreement, and such further modifications (if any) thereto as may be necessary to make the same consistent with the terms of this Supplemental Agreement, the Principal Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and the security constituted by the Security Documents shall continue to remain valid and enforceable and the Borrowers hereby jointly and severally reconfirm their respective obligations under the Principal Agreement as hereby amended and under the Security Documents to which each of them is a party.
