CONTINUANCE OF SECURITY AND OTHER MATTERS. 8.1 Without prejudice to the generality of Clause 2, and subject only to Clause 4, the charges, securities, covenants, undertakings and provisions contained in this Deed shall remain in force as continuing securities to the Note Trustee for itself, and on trust for the Noteholders, the Swap Counterparty and the Expenses Loan Provider, notwithstanding any intermediate payment or satisfaction of any part of the Secured Amounts or any settlement of account or any other act, event or matter whatsoever but shall secure the ultimate balance of the Secured Amounts.
