Common use of Continuance of Security Clause in Contracts

Continuance of Security. The performance of the obligations of the Borrower under the Loan Documents, as herein amended, shall be fully secured by and entitled to the benefits of all of the security documents agreements described in the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents, and any modifications, extensions, renewals or replacements thereof.

Continuance of Security. The performance of the obligations of the Borrower under the Loan DocumentsRevolving Credit Agreement, as herein hereby amended, the Note and any other Loan Documents to which it is a party, shall be fully secured by and entitled to the benefits of all of the security documents documents/guaranties/direct liability agreements described in the Credit Revolving Credit, as hereby amended, Agreement and the other Loan Documents, and any modifications, extensions, renewals or replacements thereof.
