Common use of Continuance of Security Clause in Contracts

Continuance of Security. The Series 2020-1 (A4) Security and the covenants, undertakings and provisions contained in this Note Trust Deed Supplement shall remain in force as a continuing security to the Note Trustee, notwithstanding any intermediate payment or satisfaction of any part of the Series 2020-1 (A4) Secured Obligations or any settlement of account or any other act, event or matter whatsoever, and shall secure the ultimate balance of the Series 2020-1 (A4) Secured Obligations.

Continuance of Security. The Series 20202023-1 (A4A1) Security and the covenants, undertakings and provisions contained in this Note Trust Deed Supplement shall remain in force as a continuing security to the Note Trustee, notwithstanding any intermediate payment or satisfaction of any part of the Series 20202023-1 (A4A1) Secured Obligations or any settlement of account or any other act, event or matter whatsoever, and shall secure the ultimate balance of the Series 20202023-1 (A4A1) Secured Obligations.

The Series 20202023-1 (A4A2) Security and the covenants, undertakings and provisions contained in this Note Trust Deed Supplement shall remain in force as a continuing security to the Note Trustee, notwithstanding any intermediate payment or satisfaction of any part of the Series 20202023-1 (A4A2) Secured Obligations or any settlement of account or any other act, event or matter whatsoever, and shall secure the ultimate balance of the Series 20202023-1 (A4A2) Secured Obligations.

The Series 2020-1 (A4A3) Security and the covenants, undertakings and provisions contained in this Note Trust Deed Supplement shall remain in force as a continuing security to the Note Trustee, notwithstanding any intermediate payment or satisfaction of any part of the Series 2020-1 (A4A3) Secured Obligations or any settlement of account or any other act, event or matter whatsoever, and shall secure the ultimate balance of the Series 2020-1 (A4A3) Secured Obligations.
