Continuance of Trustee's Powers in Event of Termination of the Trust. In the event of the termination of the Trust, as provided herein, the Trustee shall dispose of the Trust Fund in accordance with the provisions hereof. Until the final distribution of the Trust Fund, the Trustee shall continue to have all powers provided hereunder as necessary or expedient for the orderly liquidation and distribution of the Trust Fund.
