Common use of Continuation and Investigation Clause in Contracts

Continuation and Investigation. The warranties and representations of Borrower contained in this Agreement are and shall remain correct and complete until the Loan is paid in full, and any request by Borrower for a disbursement under the Loan shall constitute an affirmation that the representations and warranties set forth in this Agreement remain correct and complete as of the date of that request. All representations and warranties made to Lender by or on behalf of Borrower in connection with this Agreement may be relied upon by Lender notwithstanding any independent investigation made by or on behalf of Lender.
