Continuation Certificates Clause Samples

Continuation Certificates. Insurance coverage’s that are to remain in force and effect upon completion of the construction or work will require an additional certificate of insurance evidencing continuation of such coverage. Such additional certificates shall be submitted upon completion and acceptance of the construction improvements and upon one year thereafter.
