Common use of Continuation Following Cure Clause in Contracts

Continuation Following Cure. If Financing Party or its assignee acquires title to or control of Seller’s assets and cures all defaults existing as of the date of such change in title or control within the time allowed by Section 10.1.2, then this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
