CONTINUATION OBLIGATION Sample Clauses

CONTINUATION OBLIGATION. No assignment or subletting by Tenant shall relieve Tenant of its obligations under this lease, and Tenant shall remain fully responsible to Landlord for the performance of all its obligations under this lease, regardless of any assignment or subletting. Any such transfer, assignment or subletting shall be subject to all of the terms and conditions of this lease, and each successive transfer, assignment or subletting shall be made only upon like conditions.
