Continuation of Business and Maintenance of Existence and Material Rights and Privileges. Continue to engage in business of the same general type as now conducted by it or as contemplated by the Form 10-K, and preserve, renew and keep in full force and effect its corporate, partnership or limited liability company existence and take all reasonable action to maintain all rights, privileges, franchises, accreditations, certifications, authorizations, licenses, permits, approvals and registrations, necessary or desirable in the normal conduct of its business except for rights, privileges, franchises, accreditations, certifications, authorizations, licenses, permits, approvals and registrations the loss of which could reasonably be expected to, individually or in the aggregate, have a Material Adverse Effect, and except as otherwise permitted by Sections 9.6, 9.7 and 9.9.
