Common use of Continuation of Charter Party Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Charter Party. In the event that (i) Charterer ------------------------------ shall have exercised its right to revoke its notice of termination pursuant to Article 18(b) or (ii) the highest bona fide bidder under Article 18(c) shall ---- ---- have failed to purchase the Vessel Interest pursuant to Article 18(c), then, unless Owner shall have retained the Vessel Interest pursuant to Article 18(e), this Charter Party shall remain in full force and effect.
