Continuation of Compensation and Benefits for Transferred Employees Who Are Represented Employees. As of the Assumption Date, SpinCo shall be responsible to, and shall, assure that the compensation, benefits, hours, terms and conditions of employment of Represented Employees shall continue to be governed by the Applicable CBA.
