Continuation of Contingency. Even after the expiration of the time specified in 18B(1), Buyer retains the right to make requests to Seller remove in writing the applicable contingency or cancel this Agreement until Seller cancels pursuant to 18C(1). Once Seller receives Xxxxx’s written removal of all contingencies, Seller may not cancel this Agreement pursuant to 18C(1).
