Common use of Continuation of Executive Employment Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Executive Employment. Executive agrees that, subject to the provisions of this Section, in the event of a Change in Control of the Corporation occurring after the Effective Date, Executive will remain in the employ of the Corporation until the later of 24 months following the Effective Date or a period of 12 months from the date of such Change in Control unless there exists Cause as set forth in Section 4(c) or Good Reason as set forth in this Section.
