Common use of Continuation of Indemnities and Liability Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Indemnities and Liability. (a) The releases and indemnities contained in this Clause 8 for the benefit of either Party continue in full force and effect as to any Claims occurring or arising from any act occurring during the Term notwithstanding the termination of this Agreement whether by expiration of time or otherwise.
