Common use of Continuation of Indemnities Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Indemnities. The indemnities by the Borrower in favour of the Indemnified Persons contained in this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect notwithstanding any breach by any Finance Party or the Borrower of the terms of this Agreement, the repayment or prepayment of the Loan, the cancellation of the Total Commitments or the repudiation by the Agent or the Borrower of this Agreement.

Continuation of Indemnities. The indemnities by the Borrower Borrowers in favour of the Indemnified Persons contained in this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect notwithstanding any breach by any Finance Party or the Borrower Borrowers of the terms of this Agreement, the repayment or prepayment of the Loan, the cancellation of the Total Commitments or the repudiation by the Agent or the Borrower Borrowers of this Agreement.

Continuation of Indemnities. The indemnities by the Borrower or any other Obligor in favour of the any Indemnified Persons contained in this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect notwithstanding any breach by the Lender or any Finance Party or the Borrower Obligor of the terms of this Agreement, the repayment or prepayment of the LoanLoans, the cancellation of the Total Commitments Commitment or the repudiation by the Agent Lender or the Borrower any Obligor of this Agreement.

The indemnities by the Borrower Borrowers in favour of the Indemnified Persons contained in this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect notwithstanding any breach by any Finance Party or the Borrower Borrowers of the terms of this Agreement, the repayment or prepayment of the LoanAdvances, the cancellation of the Total Commitments or the repudiation by the Agent or the Borrower Borrowers of this Agreement.
