Common use of Continuation of International Plans Clause in Contracts

Continuation of International Plans. If an employee benefit plan, program, policy or arrangement is subject to the Laws of a country other than the United States (an “International Plan”) and covers only International Employees, Genworth shall, or shall cause one of its Affiliates to, assume or continue, as the case may be, sponsorship over and assumption of all obligations with respect to such International Plan. Such International Plan shall be continued on the same terms for such International Employees for a period of at least one year following the Trigger Date or such longer period as may be required under applicable foreign Law or practice.
